I got a used machine that's like brand new but I cannot get the machine to work with the computer software. It says the machine is not connected while I have it hooked up. I've installed the drivers from the program and done everything I could think of. It's an expression 2 connecting to windows 7 and I tried 10 laptop with USB. When the drivers are installed it shows the Cricut as being connected and it's listed under 'other devices.'
