I have bought a new wireless Microsoft mouse and keyboard (wireless desktop 3000) it seems that the 'Microsoft® 2.4GHz Transceiver v7.0' cannot be installed properly as I kept receiving this message every time I update the driver. I would suggest you to try the following methods and check: Method 1 Perform a to see if there is any software conflict as clean boot helps to eliminate software conflicts.
